Fourteen Forms of Living

A residential development composed of fourteen homes, designed across four distinct types to create variety within a clear and consistent architectural language. The project brings together repeated forms, clean lines, and balanced proportions, allowing each house to feel individual while still part of a unified whole.

Careful planning ensures privacy, natural light, and functional outdoor areas for every residence. Subtle changes between the different house types add rhythm to the development, while shared materials and geometry maintain a strong visual identity throughout.
