Modern Hillside

A contemporary apartment building designed to adapt to a sloping hillside site, maximizing views and outdoor living spaces. The project features spacious balconies with glass railings, landscaped terraces, and a strong vertical architectural rhythm that enhances the building’s modern identity.

The front façade incorporates Alucobond panels and textured finishes, creating a balanced contrast between warm tones and clean white volumes. The ground level provides covered parking, while upper floors open to generous terraces that connect residents with the surrounding landscape.

The rear side of the building steps naturally with the terrain, allowing lower apartments to enjoy private garden areas while maintaining unobstructed views from the upper levels.
