A residential apartment building designed with large terraces that wrap around each level, giving the building a strong and distinctive look. The soft curves of the balconies contrast with the darker structural elements and warm wood ceilings, creating a balanced and modern appearance.

Green planting areas are integrated into the balconies to bring life and color to the façade, while vertical metal screens add privacy and visual interest. The rooftop structures and open terraces provide additional outdoor spaces for residents to enjoy.
